Not on its own. It suggests a reply in the customer’s dialect, and someone on your team checks it and sends it.
Does it change my Shopify orders?
No. It reads orders only, to match them to chats.
Which languages does it work in?
The workspace works in Arabic (right to left) and English. The AI reads Egyptian and Gulf Arabic.
What about WhatsApp?
It is coming soon. We have no date yet.
Who can see my chats?
You choose how long chats are kept, and every access is logged.
How much will it cost?
